A second-generation family workshop in Pakenham, Victoria. CNC and manual turning, milling, and saw cutting — prototype runs through to full production.
From single-piece prototypes to multi-thousand production runs, we machine to your drawings using a mix of CNC and manual equipment. Aluminium, stainless, carbon and alloy steels, brass — if it can be turned, milled, or sawn within our capacities, we'll quote it.
We run jobs from a single prototype to multi-thousand-piece production runs. Live tooling, bar feeders and sub-spindle setups let us hold tight tolerances at volume without compromising on finish.

Padco was started in 1991 and is now run by the next generation of the family. We've stayed deliberately mid-sized — big enough to take on real production work, small enough that when you call, you talk to the person doing the job.
The machines have changed. The way we work hasn't.
